Hey there–I’m Steve.

I love coaching leaders who are tired of navigating conflict alone and are looking for real help to get unstuck and get back to better teamwork and better results.

After a 25-year career in non-profit leadership, I launched a private consulting practice in 2010, helping businesses and organizations resolve conflicts and build a more positive and productive workplace culture.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had plenty of experience with both the heartbreak and the breakthroughs of interpersonal, workplace and community conflict.

As a former "conflict avoider" who learned a lot of conflict lessons the hard way, I often laugh at the irony of the pathway my journey has taken. It's a testimony to the fact that any of us, with a little courage and the right coaching can learn to leverage conflict for positive results.

I’m a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and Reformed Theological Seminary. My family and I are currently based in North Carolina.
